As a former elementary school teacher with 14 years of experience, I’ve spent much of my adult life supporting and guiding children through important stages of development. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges young people face, as well as the incredible resilience they possess. Now, as a counseling intern, I am dedicated to working with children and adolescents ages 5 to 12- helping them navigate life’s difficulties, build on their strengths, and feel truly seen and heard.
My goal in counseling is to walk alongside each child on their journey, creating a safe and warm environment where they can explore their emotions, grow in self-confidence, and develop coping strategies that will serve them for life. I firmly believe everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their goals and become the best version of themselves.
